Hi! I'm Erin, I'm a Naturopathic Doctor based in St. John's, NL. My focus tends to be around poops and periods, with a sprinkle of mental health.

I was inspired to practice naturopathy after my own diagnosis with Crohn's disease in my early 20's. I saw firsthand how changing my lifestyle, mindset, and nutritional habits could quell my healthcare concerns, and felt so inspired to bring this back to my home :)
