Katie Davis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Katie’s patients describe her as a calm, supportive presence with a deep commitment to building strong relationships that create a safe space for open sharing of vulnerabilities, where meaningful change can begin. She is passionate about walking alongside her patients, helping them explore their relationships with themselves and others, while gently challenging them to align more closely with their values. With a natural curiosity, Katie approaches care in an integrative way, engaging all aspects of her patients’ experiences.
Katie holds a Master of Science in Social Work, with a specialization in psychosocial oncology from the University of Louisville. With extensive experience in oncology and working with interdisciplinary teams, Katie thrives in providing a holistic, team-based approach to patient care. Katie has extensive experience working in oncology centers, hospitals, and resource centers, where she ensures that patients have access to the care they need and are fully informed throughout their treatment journey.
Katie is deeply energized by her work and her relationships with patients. Her calming and supportive presence fosters an environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their vulnerabilities—creating an opportunity for profound, meaningful change. She is committed to walking alongside her patients, exploring their connections with themselves and others, and challenging them to live in greater alignment with their values.

GI Psychology specializes in Disorders of the Gut Brain Interaction and utilizes evidenced based treatments in order to treat them; specifically Clinical Hypnosis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. All of our clinicians are well versed in working along side you to maximize your physical and psychological recovery and growth.
